Very helpful. We were on our way to Cali and broke down in Flagstaff. the dude, Karl, was very nice. Unfortunately we weren't able to fix the problem on our car, because the part wouldn't come in till Tuesday and we had to get back home by Monday for work, but Karl tried everything he could to help us and even told us to go to Meineke back home and hed tell them what was wrong so we could get it fixed. Thank you guys

My car had a dead battery and was towed to this place. They wanted to charge $800 for changing the battery. What a ripoff! They probably noticed we were tourists and won't get any return business. They were also extremely rude when we asked if there were any $300 options. I took a lyft ride to an autozone nearby. I got a $200 battery, and installed it in 5 minutes. The lyft driver was a pal with the owner or manager and couldn't believe it. We were on vacation and didn't want to deal with this mess. We were happy to pay for the service if it were reasonable. They were just too greedy.

Had to take my car back to them three times cuz they couldn't finish the full brake job, they argued that no manufactures made drilled and sloted rotors. They charged me full brake job replacement only did fronts and tried tell me it was completely done. Now have to take it to another shop to have real experienced professionals to finish my brake job. I don't know how they have trophies when they are this incompetent!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and especially Carl! I was in the middle of driving from California to Missouri with my cat when my AC suddenly stopped working. Needless to say, it was a pretty terrible situation to be in during a cross-country drive. My parents called around to shops ahead of me, and Carl was immediately willing to help. He got me taken care of, made me feel completely at ease, and even gave me some great food recommendations along the route! What could have easily been one of the worst days of my trip ended up being so much better because of his kindness and willingness to help someone just passing through. It is rare to come across people who go out of their way to take care of a complete stranger, and I am incredibly grateful I ended up here. Thank you, Carl, for turning what started as a terrible day into one of the kindest experiences of my entire trip, and for getting me and my cat safely back on the road to Missouri with working AC! I truly cannot recommend Carl and this shop enough.

Thought I had some serious car issues while traveling cross country. So I went to Meineke and they looked at everything and found just a small simple issue. They got me back on the road quickly and the price for the small fix was great. I appreciate their honesty and making me aware of possible issues to take care of once I got to my destination. If I am ever in the area again and have car troubles, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them again.
